Thintuition is a healthy, commonsense approach to losing weight.
I created the thintuition e-learning weight loss program after losing 140 pounds and keeping it off for over ten years, without struggle or any deprivation.
thintuition starts when diets end. thintuition is about getting satisfaction out of every meal. It is about losing weight without deprivation or dieting.
Tapping into your thintuition is about getting back in touch with your body and responding to its cues to tell you what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat and when to stop eating. Once you learn this, you'll have this knowledge for life!
Even if you don't have a lot of weight to lose, thintuition is for you. Or you spend too much time worrying about eating or not eating certain foods, or about gaining weight, thintuition is for you too.
